Community

Our community space at the Pride Festival is a vibrant, inclusive hub designed to connect, support, and empower attendees. It provides a welcoming environment for people to gather, engage, and explore resources. We are proud to offer this as a free festival, ensuring everyone has access to the services and support available.

At the heart of this space is our partnership with Q:alliance, our chosen charity partner. Q:alliance is dedicated to supporting the LGBTQ+ community through advocacy, resources, and care. Their involvement ensures that our festival remains a space of inclusivity and support.

In addition to Q:alliance, we invite a range of charities, clubs, and support services to participate. These organisations offer vital information and services, helping attendees access the resources they need.

We also allocate space to local services such as Thames Valley Police, South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS), and Bucks Fire Service. Their presence ensures that essential services are easily accessible, offering support and safety to all.

Our community space is a gathering point for everyone, fostering connections and promoting well-being. It’s a place where attendees can engage with local groups, access support, and explore a variety of resources.

This space embodies unity and inclusivity, where people can celebrate diversity, find the support they need, and interact with organisations that have a positive impact on the community.
