Your organization or business must be fully inclusive of everyone in the LGBTQ+ community.

The appearance and presentation of your stall is important, as are the goods you are proposing to sell. We are looking for quality offerings that suit our pride and its wonderful festivalgoers. We access each application on its own merit, so we ask for as much information as possible when submitting your application.

We provide all traders with a 10 x 7-foot market stall.
This includes canopies, back sheets and festoon lighting.
Front serving tables can be provided.
Trading hours 12pm to 10pm
Price Per Stall Pitch £225 PLUS VAT
Traders must have a minimum of 5 million public liability
Our event is licensed for 20,000
Festival trading experience is essential.
Please consider your stock levels for an event this size before applying.
Please note: we do not accept applications for gazebo pitches

The appearance and presentation of your unit or kiosk is important, we look for creative and aesthetically pleasing traders that can provide quality food and drink products at a high volume for festivalgoers. We access each application on its own merit, so we ask for as much information as possible when submitting your application.

Each pitch is priced individually and based on a number of factors including, location, prices and products.
Successful applicants will be provided a quotation.
Onsite power is provided.
Traders must have a minimum of 5 million public liability.
